Pursuant to clause 12(c) of rule I, an imminent impairment of the scheduled time for the House meeting of 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2014, was in place due to weather. Subsequently, the Chair announced that the rescheduling of the time of meeting for the House at 11:30 a.m. had been communicated to the Members.
