President-elect Trump has promised to deport millions of immigrants, gut the EPA, withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement, defund Planned Parenthood, and attack workers. We believe he intends to keep these promises.

During this time of great risk, NextGen Climate plans to support our friends and allies as they oppose Trump. Of course, we will defend the progress made in recent years on climate policy, but we cannot ignore the other future attacks on all our shared values.

NextGen Climate is teaming up with our progressive allies to oppose these attacks.

One of the most successful movements in recent years has been the Fight for $15 campaign by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), which has helped lift hundreds of thousands of workers out of poverty and created new opportunities to transform service work in America. While we have made progress, the Fight for $15 campaign alone is insufficient to resolve the issue of income inequality in our country.

On Tuesday, November 29th, SEIU is planning a national day of action in hundreds of cities across the country to continue the struggle for higher wages and oppose deportations and attacks on health care.

Join Fight for 15 on this day of action.

If you registered on the Fight for 15 site, and there is no action nearby, an organizer should contact you about other ways to support workers like baggage handlers, fast-food cooks, home care workers, child care teachers, graduate assistants, and adjunct professors.

DMAA is also known as 1,3-dimethylamylamine, methylhexanamine, or geranium extract. DMAA is commonly used as a stimulant, pre-workout, and weight loss ingredient in dietary supplement products.

Fresh to Go Mediterranean Chicken Hummus” sandwiches (UPC 5254858888) manufactured solely for 7-Eleven Corporation are being recalled because Sabra Dipping Company has recalled the ingredient Red Pepper Hummus. Greencore, USA is voluntarily recalling these sandwiches. Sabra Dipping Company has recalled the Red Pepper Hummus ingredient used in this sandwich because of potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.

Raritan Pharmaceuticals, a contract manufacturer for Homeolab USA, is voluntarily recalling homeopathic products containing belladonna extract (see products below) due to the potential for variation in the content of belladonna extract in the products.

Irving, TX – LSG Sky Chefs Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. (“LSG Sky Chefs”) announced today that it is issuing a voluntary recall for the 7-Eleven Chicken and Hummus sandwiches the company produces for 7-Eleven stores in the Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, and the Buffalo, NY markets. The hummus spread used in the sandwiches is subject to a national recall issued by Sabra Dipping Company due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

National Steak and Poultry Recalls Food Service Ready-To-Eat Chicken That May Be Undercookeda National Steak and Poultry, an Owasso, Okla., establishment, is recalling approximately 17,439 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken products due to adulteration because of possible undercooking, resulting in the potential survival of bacterial pathogens in the products.

Irving, TX – LSG Sky Chefs Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. (“LSG Sky Chefs”) announced today that it is issuing a voluntary recall of 103 units of Mediterranean Style Chicken with Hummus sandwiches. The hummus spread used in the affected sandwiches was recalled by Sabra Dipping Company due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

H.J. Hienz Co. Recalls Products Incorrectly Labelled As Pork Gravy Due To Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens H.J. Heinz Co., a Muscatine, Iowa, establishment, initiated a recall on Nov. 19, 2016, of approximately 5,022 pounds of bistro au jus gravy product that is incorrectly labeled as pork gravy due to misbranding and undeclared allergens.

Hale and Hearty Soups, LLC Recalls Ready-To-Eat Chicken Chili Soup Due To Possible Listeria ContaminationHale and Hearty Soups, LLC, a Brooklyn, N.Y. establishment, is recalling approximately 455 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken chili soup product that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Sabra Dipping Co., LLC is voluntarily recalling certain hummus products made prior to November 8, 2016 due to concerns over Listeria monocytogenes, which was identified at the manufacturing facility but not in tested finished product. The recall includes the products listed below; these were distributed to retail outlets, including food service accounts and supermarkets, in the U.S. and Canada.

San Antonio, TX – H-E-B announced today that it has issued a precautionary recall of its entire H-E-B Baby Food 2 pack 4 oz. cups product line only. As of this afternoon, the H-E-B Baby Food 2 pack 4 oz. cups were removed from shelves out of an abundance of caution due to a customer report of a small piece of rubber found inside a single container of one variety of the product.
