This week, we are asking Wisconsin law enforcement agencies to publicly declare their support for the current version of AB-409, a bill that, in the event of an officer-involved death, would require the department involved to bring in 2 investigators from an external agency to investigate their own officer.
Most law enforcement agencies agree to this version of the bill but, for their support to count, they must declare it publicly to the legislators.
