After missing vote after vote after vote, Senator Kyrsten Sinema finally showed up to work … to deliver one final blow to workers’ rights.¹

Arizona’s Phoenix New Times put it this way: “Sinema delivers a last ‘f**k you’ to Democrats on her way out the door.”²

Sinema voted with every single Republican—and Joe Manchin—to tank President Joe Biden’s nominee for chair of the National Labor Relations Board.³

If Biden’s nominee had been confirmed, Democrats would have controlled the NLRB for years to come, upholding workers’ rights and protecting against Project 2025’s right-wing attacks on unions.⁴

But Sinema killed the opportunity. Now, Donald Trump will have control over the most powerful government body that oversees worker safety and the right to unionize.
