Meet Renee Ellmers … Republican

Immigration Immigration

The immigration issue affects many facets of our nation. It is an economic issue, an education issue, a national security issue and a health care issue. Our economy cannot withstand the strain of so many illegals. Our schools cannot handle the overcrowded classrooms. Our hospitals are taxed beyond the abilities and those who wish to do us harm can easily cross our porous borders.

  • I am pro-life. I believe in the sanctity of human life and that life begins at conception. As a mom, Christian and nurse, my beliefs have deepened through experience. I’ve held the hands of newborn infants. I’ve held the hands of elderly patients in the last moments of their lives. I have been blessed to have had such experiences and through them, I have gained the wisdom of knowing that every life is a precious gift from God and it is not for us to judge its worth, deny its beginning or determine its end.

Florida: Vote for Charlie Crist

I really want you to see our newest ad:

Government should be of the people, by the people, and for the people.

But under Rick Scott, it’s been government of the special interests, by the big corporations, and for the powerful.

Time for a change.

Ditch Mitch

a repostemilylistChildren’s health coverage? Nope.

Fair pay for women?  Absolutely not.
Unemployment benefits for struggling families? No way.
Expanding protections against domestic violence and sexual assault? Not a chance.
We can likely kiss those things goodbye if Mitch McConnell heads back to the Senate in November. I mean come on. It’s 2014 and thanks to anti-choice extremists like McConnell, we still have to have these conversations. I say it’s time to Ditch Mitch.
Donate to the “Ditch Mitch” fund right now and help Alison kick him out of the Senate in November!
Thinking about McConnell and his egregious agenda really gets my blood boiling. It takes a special kind of horrible to not support the Violence Against Women Act and lie about it.
EMILY’s List has just the candidate to help ditch him — Alison Lundergan Grimes. Alison agrees that nearly 30 years in the Senate is enough for the ruthless, hyperpartisan McConnell. She’d bring a track record of success in empowering military voters, a pro-family attitude, and a strong advocacy for equal pay to Washington. Seriously — she’s just the woman to Ditch Mitch.
Are you with me? Let’s do this.

Anyone who operates a vehicle of any type—car, bus, train, plane, or boat—needs to know there are over-the-counter medicines that can make you drowsy and can affect your ability to drive and operate machinery safely.Over-the-counter medicines are also known as OTC or nonprescription medicines. All these terms mean the same thing: medicines that you can buy without a prescription from a healthcare professional. Each OTC medicine has a Drug Facts label to guide you in your choices and to help keep you safe. OTC medicines are serious medicines and their risks can increase if you don’t choose them carefully and use them exactly as directed on the label.
