As a reminder, cloture was filed on the motion to proceed to S.3364, the Bring Jobs Home Act during Tuesday’s session. As a result, the cloture vote on the motion to proceed to S.3364 will be at 2:15pm on Thursday.

At 5:00pm, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider Executive Calendar #662, the nomination of Kevin McNulty, of NJ, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey with up to 30 minutes of debate equally divided and controlled between Senators Leahy and Grassley or their designees. Upon the use or yielding back of time (at approximately 5:30pm), there will be a roll call vote on confirmation of the McNulty nomination.
