New laws … 40thou went into effect Jan.2010


While there are over 40thousand new laws we will all have to abide by, some states have more laws;  some i consider changes you can believe in, others are def a move into the 21st century; listed below….

**Illinois joins 16 States by banning texting while driving, in school zones and no cells phone use either, fines will follow if caught

**California is the 1st State to basically ban Trans-fats from being served in restaurants; 1/2 a gram per serving.

**Kentucky and Washington have set a limit on the number of PayDay loans people can get; 2@$500.00 at a time in Kentucky and 2@$700.00 in Washington State

**New Hampshire has voted in Same Sex Marriage, the 5th

**10% use tax on tanning salons

**Children under 16 must have an adult with them at a tanning salon

**Oregon requires Children under 16 must wear seat-belts in all terrain vehicles or cars on public property and the fee for riding without a helmet is now 720.00

**Smoking banned in bars and restaurants in North Carolina

**California has decided people in the entertainment biz can sue if the paps snap pictures of them in personal activity

**all States are affected by the new fed law repealing the estate tax for a year, allowing the wealthy to hang on to their family money.

**Texas freshman and transfer students must be vaccinated against meningitis if they want to live on campus… UW already does this…

**Louisiana stores cannot sell lighters marketing to kids

**New Hampshire physical therapists can now give treatments to animals

**Nevada will require data collectors to use new standards to protect personal information transmitted electronically or held on devices like cell phones or laptops.

**Montana requires insurance companies to provide coverage for autism disorders

MJ’s executors …


The executors of Michael Jackson‘s estate have filed documents, explaining why they should be entitled to more than the statutory fee most executors get — a big reason … Joe Jackson.

We all have our opinions about Katherine and or Joe Jackson, but for me the comments from the Executors were  just offensive and it reads, looks smells like they are going in for the kill, to take over the MJ Estate, the kids need to grow up fast and put their 2cents in there before this gets even more ugly.
This is yet another reason Katherine Jackson should be allowed a seat at the Jackson Trust table.  These people were suppose to be his friends? how could they not know or have absolutely no idea that the duties of handling an estate such as MJ’s would be this tedious?  not to mention they declared Katherine and or Joe Jackson of being the cause for them going beyond the call of duty and attacked by?, please, in death MJ is still getting abused, financially and emotionally, is it me, or does anyone else feel they have been lying in wait for this?

Got Wood …


Okay, that was a bad joke…

i have to say the amount of attention his accident and behavior got seemed a bit much for this avid tv viewer. i agree he did dirty to his wife and family, was thinking with the wrong wood and acted with absolutely no scruples.

As a person who dated a lot; i have learned that some guys show you who they are; you either accept it, talk it out or leave it alone.i guess  in some cases women look the other way and or feel okay, this will be fine because i can change him, we are getting married so… things will be fine.
People can and do change but i gotta say doesn’t love mean accepting the person you marry or end up with just the way they are?

An old saying comes to mind, you get what you pay for? well, what else is there to say.

The various people coming out to say this or that was fascinating and disturbing, far be it from me to cast a stone, i have plenty i could tell if asked but i too would choose to shut up not to mention i am not famous or TW; but it’s the American way right? you owe me and or us for being so popular, (we)? put you on a pedestal because (we)? have deemed you a role model but don’t get into my business. In my opinion the we is the Media not the public as suggested by various news outlets.

so, hopefully people will start to get it, Tiger is a man first, has the right to privacy just like everyone else no matter how much money he makes.

we all have our ideas about what happened but the rush for these women to get their stories out there; paid for or not was strange.

i know this definitely is not the first time, or the last time a woman, mistress or whatever you want to call her spill the beans… predator came to mind,why? because one of them said she didn’t care who he was married to, it was f-ing TW, if this is correct her intent was clear.

The victims are  Elin and the children, the intent if any may be to destroy a family for some sort of gain..money,that 15 minutes of fame, it’s obvious to me she and others who made a point in keeping the emails, voice mail, trip docs and telling a whole office; yep i did TW.  “Her” actions were based on premeditated and predatory behavior.

this is just my take on a sad but common incident, hopefully his family will stay in tact and move forward.
