S.S. Confirmation …


Has anyone noticed how the confirmation process has, by all appearances shown the true colours so to speak of conservatives/republicans. Contrary to what i have heard i do feel the comments were condescending, rude, patronizing and offensive…

it’s clear to me that any future elections for the conservatives/republicans will be at risk, maybe from folks of colour and quite possibly women will stop and remember comments about some splaining to do, and the cookbook and the many many references to being a wise latina before voting…

comments made by republicans/conservatives on the confirmation panel, cable tv guests or cable news moderators were enough for me,  are they afraid to loose the previous 99% control they have had in almost every part of our society ?…

will someone remind them of the comments, rulings and ideology of judge Roberts and or Alito?

this confirmation process should open all of our eyes … 2010 and 2012 elections make your voice heard …

Ian Halperin … my opinion


watched HLN to hear the latest gossip on the MJ case and heard some guy named ian halperin act like an expert on MJ

How do we take someone like ian halperin serious,  his book about MJ which just came  out 7.15.09 … that was all i had to hear … what a joke

who is ian halperin? an investigative journalist?, went to his website … by all appearances it’s a site that tries to out celeb actors, uses celeb public photos to suggest things..true or not?  the last comment on it seems to be 10/08 …

was he or that outfit for real? he berated the Jackson family, claimed to know MJ …where was he? did he really care? or is that book his main reason for getting on HLN or CBS … did he consider himself to be included in the inner circle? how well does he know debbie rowe?  maybe the police should question him too. i got the impression he was  a fame and fortune seeker,  did he get paid for his appearances on HLN? what’s his motive? a book, a movie, what’s worst?

he spoke like he knew MJ yet … Michael Jackson spent his life trying to keep his private life private and until now most people either had no idea he had a skin disease or lupus or just did not believe him at all… now, the people more associated with Debbie Rowe have been coming out and devulging private information … this is not the action of a true friend… the things coming out of these peoples mouths should be from Jackson family members not people trying to get on tv, radio, or print media … not as a source … valid or not … it’s sad

my 2cents… joe jackson& and family


Mr. Jackson may be a lot of things …

the MEDIA and a number of  people outside this family have made some nasty comments about joe, latoya and some of the brothers, yet the fact still remains … this man was MJ’s dad.

A very curious video of MJ as a grown-up…was on tv last night… the interviewer asked MJ to first describe his dad then he asked if he were like him … MJ stated his dad was a strong man, a warrior and that yes he was somewhat like him…the interviewer stated a warrior?… do you think you are like that ?     MJ said absolutely. he said that he had let go of some of the STUFF … as a grown up—-      that video needs to be put out there …

there are other grandchildren living there…  no problems have been reported as of yet …

this family is talented, black and has money …  the people outside this family are acting like they all want a piece of him now… writing books, selling things, giving interviews … how many were paid? cashing in on MJ …

i hope KJ continues to ignore the crap being said about them in the MEDIA … this family has endured a lot and still continues to … to say that no family has troubles is unrealistic, that they have some with millions, some who bag groceries … and the conclusion is that they are greedy and want his money …  the greedy might be people outside of this Jackson family,  MJ could have been pushed into giving up the rights to his business to people who need to be watched  …

i worry, question and hope that the Jackson family will watch the news closely,  process who was in these sound bites, news interviews and videos with their son and have each and every person looked at … look at the connection between debbie rowe and mark shaffel, arnie klein and others who dr brought into MJ”s life …  these people were her friends first… and now come out against the Jackson family, state they were friends with MJ… they have hung on for years …i hope the executors will  not play with the money or possessions MJ’s children have a right to when they become adults.

i am worried over the number of so-called friends of debbie rowe who have stated yes MJ had a drug problem… ok where were you?  the media has treated some of them as if they were trusted sources …

don’t believe it.

the MEDIA has always baited MJ and his family, fueled his move out of the united states,  expect the worst of them,  talk poorly of them as a family and expect this family to be nice and or do free interviews?      Really?

my opinion does not matter but anyone outside the Jackson family is a suspect to me …

i will say shame on Joe jackson … be a grown up … or keep quiet

EDIT … well that didn’t last… tonite lking live had lisa love  &biz partner on … peddling  their 2008 40hrs of joejackson and grandchildren…uncut? not sure what to say about that … i believe and i bet a lot of other people feel now that the idea of  a restraining order against joe jackson from  debbie rowe and her friends created a moment of   mass hysteria without knowing all the facts and it’s unfortunate people haven’t given MJ enough credit … i believe he knew and understood the relationship between his mom and dad … and yes he wanted his mom to take care of his precious children as it should be… mrs jackson will not be doing this alone…

MJ  spoke of the bad things his dad did when he was young…         he also said in an interview that he let go of stuff as an adult as well      …

if push comes to shove? to my best knowledge i am not the father? he can’t talk about it?

if he really loved MJ and or was a great friend he would know how much MJ wanted those children with his mom katherine and not become an obstacle but help make this happen …

i find it quite amusing that so many think she is going to do it without help, no one from the family said katherine would be doing this alone … this family is huge …yet,  so many comments about this family without knowing all the facts … most families, Black families especially help each other out, some have a nanny if lucky and can handle it financially … duh

this man gave what i thought was a warning to the Jackson family … clearly he did not appreciate the whole family, why?   he also seemed to be analzying each like he had a say in the end result of what obviously will be a child custody battle… stated that these kids need a mother and its best since katherine is 79 … talked about joe jackson… he sounded as if he and debbie rowe not only discussed this but  were much much more than friends … cohorts even… don’t know why but i got a bad feeling … motive? preemptive strike? i would like to know more of his relationship to debbie rowe … and if any money is involved. who is stacey brown … another so-called friend? and his regular appearances by phone , panel on HLN makes me wonder if he is getting paid too.

72% of us want a public option … the vote may be up to your representative … but don’t they know they work for you? America for Public Health Care … affordable&quality, choice of doctors&plans and will reduce costs for business and families

Please call them NOW …

after 40 years or more of no … The Obama administration is coming so close to reforming health care … the people want it … but does your representative? some representatives seem more willing to table Health Care Reform … apparently their goals are not for the people but themselves

representatives need to get to the table and figure out health care REFORM …
