The PRS (Progressive Radio Seattle) team is cooking on a number of nifty
projects leading up to the launch of our website next month. Please
contact us asap at progressiveradioseattle@gmail.com if you can sign up for any of the following:

•Help design and write snappy copy for Progressive Radio Seattle Marketing Collateral
Seeking
the volunteer services of a graphic designer who can collaborate to
provide a strong look for the materials we will be passing out at events
next month (simple brochure, etc.) and other marketing collateral down
the road. We also welcome input by copywriters who have experience
creating a compelling branding concept/tagline, etc.

Seeking the volunteer
services of a professional Event/Party planner who can provide overall

One Year Later

Early this morning, just after midnight, we reached the one year anniversary of the Aurora theater shooting. We have not forgotten the 70 innocent people who were injured — or the 12 who were murdered.

Yesterday, in Aurora, I was inspired by the survivors who returned, and the supporters who came out to remember. Today, all across the country, Demand Action members like you are gathering for a day of action.
I’m honored to work with each and every one of you.
We’re not backing down until our leaders step up and pass common-sense gun laws to keep us safe. And now is a moment to remember just what we are fighting for.

The Primary Election is on August 6th, and you should receive your ballot by early next week.

Our endorsements include positions on Initiative 522 and important races for positions in city and county government. While there is no race as high profile as the race for President, the outcome of this election will have a direct impact on your daily life.

Primary Elections typically have low turnout, which is why it is so important that informed Democrats like you vote. We ask that you make your voice heard. Because of the low turnout, your vote will make a critical difference in these races!
