1:29:15 P.M.		DISSOLVING THE JOINT SESSION – After announcing the results of the certification process, the Vice President announced that the Joint Session was dissolved and that the results of the proceedings had during the Joint Session would be entered into the Journals of both Houses.
1:31:17 P.M.		ADJUSTMENT OF WHOLE HOUSE – The Chair clarified to the House that yesterday’s announcement under clause 5(d) of rule XX should have indicated that the whole number of the House is 430.
