The Senate stands adjourned until the following dates and times to convene for pro forma session only with no business being conducted:

Tuesday, May 26 at 4:00pm (committee reporting day between 2:00 – 4:00pm); and

Thursday, May 28 at 8:30am.

When the Senate adjourns on May 28^th it will stand adjourned until 4:00pm on Sunday, May 31, 2015. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.2048, USA Freedom Act. Roll call votes are possible after 6:00pm during Sunday’s session.

Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on May 26, 2015 at 9:54 a.m.: That the Senate passed S. 802 and H.R. 2353, without amendment.
