Out of an abundance of caution, Harris Teeter is voluntarily recalling Harris Teeter Frozen Organic Corn and Harris Teeter Frozen Mixed Vegetables due to the potential for these products to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) said today it is recalling Kroger Broccoli Raisin Salad because a supplier indicated sunflower kernels included in the package may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which could result in severe illness to those individuals who may consume this product. No customer illnesses have been reported to date.
Garland Ventures LTD, a Garland, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 114,870 pounds of chicken fried rice products that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Bickel’s Snack Foods is voluntarily recalling 2,010 bags of Golden Gourmet Veggie Chips. The Golden Gourmet Veggie Chips are coated in Ranch Seasoning made with milk. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. is voluntarily recalling various Not-Ready-To Eat frozen food items due to the potential for these products to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. This voluntary action is being undertaken in cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture and the US Food and Drug Administration because the recalled products contain vegetables that are part of the recent CRF Frozen Foods recall.
United Natural Trading LLC, d/b/a Woodstock Farms Manufacturing, Edison, NJ, is voluntarily recalling a limited number of lots of conventional walnuts and walnut-containing products (see attachment for products and lot numbers) that were purchased from Gibson Farms and sold under the Nature’s Promise, Woodstock, Market Basket, and Woodfield Farms brands due to a possible health risk from Listeria monocytogenes.
Frontier Co-op is voluntarily recalling its Organic Hojicha Tea due to potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
WCD Kitchen, LLC of Fontana, California is voluntarily recalling Trader Joe’s Kale & Edamame Salad (UPC 00967112), sold only in the Midwest, with a USE BY May 05, 2016 through May 14, 2016, because the product may be contaminated with Salmonella. No illnesses have been reported to date.

Rucker’s Makin’ Batch Candies, Inc. of Bridgeport, IL is voluntarily recalling specific code dates of Dollywood Sweet & Salty Trail Mix cello bag, due to the potential presence of Listeria Monocytogenes. Listeria monocytogenesis an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
Manna Pro Products, LLC is voluntarily recalling a single lot (MADE 11/23/15 WP-2) of Manna Pro Chick Starter Medicated, UPC 0 95668 10555 6, packaged in 25 pound bags because it may contain excessive salt. Symptoms of excessive salt intake include increased water consumption, anorexia, and weight loss, and may lead to death.
NORPAC Foods, Inc. of Salem, Oregon is voluntarily recalling two (2) frozen private label vegetable items, Natural Directions Organic Mixed Vegetables and Natural Directions Organic Green Peas, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
